With its massive, exposed oak beams, the soft terracottas of its antique tiled floors and its glorious church views, La Cure is a beautiful and atmospheric property. It has been the owners' home and is well equipped and furnished with a combination of charming traditional pieces and some more contemporary and quirky touches. Located in a lovely little village in the Loire Valley, it is an ideal base from which to explore the nearby chateaux and vineyards and to enjoy the seductive French lifestyle. But the charm of the house, two acres of gardens, large swimming pool and the village itself, also make it an ideal place to relax and do very little.
 

Once the residence for the curate of the village's 12^th century church, La Cure is now two rental properties:

Les Roses -- 4-5 bedrooms La Lavande - 2 bedrooms

Good quality adults' bikes (some with baby seats), children's bikes, pool table, table football, dart board, DVDs, books, children's toys and detailed local notes are just some of the 'extras' La Cure offers.  If you wish, the owners' caretaker can book restaurants, arrange babysitters and share local knowledge.  And as the owners have small children, the property has been made safe and is well equipped to make a family holiday as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
