Les Roses is an impressive 4-5 bedroom house consisting of two separate wings built around a central kitchen. It has both a formal and an informal living area (perfect for those with children or teenagers) and an outdoor living area where you'll spend a lot of time in the warmer months. The house is ideal for two families or a large group.

		Upstairs are two good-sized bedrooms with exposed beams, slanting ceilings and antique terracotta-tiled floors, architectural features typical of the area. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the other has three singles. Downstairs is a high ceilinged living/dining room with exposed beams and a grand, open fireplace. It has a long antique dining table, sofas and CD player.  In the next room there is a small single bedroom with an adjoining toilet/laundry, also with a bar fridge.

The two upstairs bedrooms have exposed beams, slanting ceilings and church views. One has a queen sized bed, the other a queen sized bed and a single bed. There are two small bathrooms, one with a bath, the other a shower. Downstairs is a lovely informal living room with huge windows opening onto the courtyard on one side and the garden on the other. The living room contains a large flat screen TV and DVD, video and CD players and a wood-burning heater. The fully equipped kitchen sits between the two living rooms and has a stove, dishwasher, microwave and large refrigerator. Outside is a grass terrace area with outdoor furniture and a BBQ.
